Job Description

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company is seeking a senior-level ServiceNow Developer to support i8is and its end client, Bank of America. The role will focus on implementing, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) module within an enterprise ServiceNow platform.

The developer will design and configure applications, workflows, integrations, user interfaces, custom applications, APIs, business rules, flows, catalog items, and related platform capabilities. The role will collaborate with Product Owners, platform architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, compliant, and scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities include participating throughout the software development lifecycle, supporting release management and deployments, developing REST and SOAP integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and delivering ongoing platform enhancements in accordance with SDLC, change management, governance, security, audit, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• At least 3–5 years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow Workspaces, Flows, ACLs, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, Forms, Playbooks, Portals, and Reports.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing and developing ServiceNow integrations, including connectors and Scripted REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies, testing, release management, and deployment practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance innovation with security, compliance, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Additional ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist, are preferred.
• Experience in large enterprise environments, particularly financial services or other highly regulated industries, is preferred.
• Experience supporting risk, compliance, governance, cybersecurity, or enterprise service management initiatives is preferred.
