Job Description

Atipa Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support website maintenance, content management, digital marketing, and computer technology tasks.

The role involves researching and organizing information, maintaining accurate product and website content, creating engaging online experiences, and assisting with hardware and server-related activities. The successful candidate will have an interest in web technologies, computer hardware, and enterprise systems.

• Enter, update, verify, and maintain product information and website content.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Create product graphics using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
• Support marketing initiatives and sponsorship projects.
• Improve website performance, search engine optimization, and accessibility.
• Assist with assembling server equipment and other computer technology tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience maintaining websites, preferably using Wix.
• Knowledge of Wix Editor, Wix Studio, or Wix Velo is advantageous.
• Familiarity with SEO practices, web analytics, and social media metrics is preferred.
• Experience assembling or repairing computers is a plus.
• Basic understanding of computer components, compatibility, enterprise hardware, and server technologies.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a changing work environment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds when required.
• A portfolio demonstrating Wix or other website projects is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $26.00–$32.00 per hour.
• Expected hours: 15–20 hours per week.
