Job Description

TicketX is a ticket marketplace for concerts, sports, and musicals across North America, with the mission “Bring the roar.”

We are seeking a freelance Social Media Creator to launch and grow a new TicketX account from zero by creating short-form English videos for TikTok and Instagram.

• Film, edit, and post 20 short videos per month, approximately five per week, on TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop content based on weekly ideas from the TicketX team while using your own voice and style.
• Use English for narration, captions, and subtitles.
• Monitor trends, comments, views, and engagement to improve future content.
• Appear on camera in the videos.

The social media account created for this role must not be deleted, made private, renamed, or otherwise changed without written consent from TicketX US during the contract and for two years after it ends.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to post videos on TikTok and Instagram.
• Comfort appearing on camera; showing your face is required.
• Ability to create and publish content consistently.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Self-motivated and proactive about improving video quality.
• Interest in social media trends and content creation.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience posting on TikTok or Instagram.
• Understanding of social media trends and viral content.
• Short-form video filming and editing skills.

Additional Information

Position details:

• Position: Social Media Creator, freelance contract.
• Location: Fully remote.
• Schedule: Flexible, approximately five hours per week; final details discussed during the interview.
• Contract term: Minimum three months, followed by monthly renewals.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $600 USD or ¥90,000 per month for 20 videos.
• Performance bonuses are based on views achieved within 10 days of posting. TikTok and Instagram are counted separately, and each post receives only one bonus at the highest tier reached.
• 20,000 views: $50 / ¥8,000.
• 50,000 views: $100 / ¥16,000.
• 100,000 views: $150 / ¥24,000.
• 200,000 views: $200 / ¥32,000.
• 500,000 views: $300 / ¥48,000.
• Quality bonus: An additional $100 / ¥16,000 if at least 16 of the 20 monthly videos each achieve 3,000 or more views.
• Monthly maximum, including base pay and bonuses: $2,000 USD or ¥320,000.
