Job Description

AgileEngine is seeking a GCP Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD solutions on Google Cloud Platform. The role focuses on building reliable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud environments, supporting containerized and serverless applications, and automating infrastructure and deployment processes.

Key responsibilities include architecting and maintaining GCP resources with Terraform and other automation tools, managing storage and database services, configuring load balancers, and optimizing GCP resource allocation, monitoring, availability, and costs.

The engineer will also deploy and manage workloads on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), work with Docker and Helm for microservices deployments, automate scaling and zero-downtime releases, and manage applications on Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.

Additional responsibilities include designing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure deployment with Terraform and scripting, and integrating security and compliance controls into DevOps workflows.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on GCP.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services, including GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions.
• Hands-on experience with GKE, Docker, GKE networking, and Helm.
• Experience using Azure DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced Terraform skills for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and scripting.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance standards.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
