Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Email Strategy Consultant to lead strategic engagements for enterprise B2C and retail clients. This consulting-only role is focused on strategic advising rather than day-to-day execution.

• Lead end-to-end email strategy engagements, from program audits through roadmap development.
• Assess lifecycle architecture, segmentation, deliverability, data infrastructure, and campaign performance.
• Advise clients on segmentation, personalization, CRM, and marketing automation strategies.
• Conduct competitive and industry research to identify opportunities and benchmarks.
• Translate complex findings into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations outlining insights, opportunities, and strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy and consulting.
• Demonstrated experience advising enterprise-level organizations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to turn data into strategic insights.
• Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Ability to operate as a strategic advisor rather than a day-to-day campaign executor.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

• Pay: $60.00–$75.00 per hour
