We need a remote Sales Agent to contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email, converting both warm and cold leads into sales. You will use strong product knowledge to present relevant solutions and encourage customers to redeem existing vouchers.

Responsibilities include building lasting client relationships, maintaining professional and courteous communication, and contributing ideas to improve call flows and sales scripts for stronger conversion rates.

Applicants should have excellent spoken and written English, persuasive communication and listening skills, strong attention to detail, and polished phone etiquette. This is a full-time contract role performed remotely.
