The solution should include OCR for scanned files, text extraction and interpretation, and logic to identify entities, relationships, steps, or layout details described in the source material. It should generate clear, editable diagram output in an agreed format.
Account for inconsistent wording, incomplete descriptions, and OCR errors where possible. The workflow should support review or correction of extracted data before finalizing diagrams, with testing against representative source documents.
