Scope of Work:
Photography:
Professional group and individual photos of the team.
Photos of our booth, team interactions, and visitors.
Photos of our speaker during his speaking session.
Coverage of VIP meetings, media interviews, and key networking moments involving the company.
Videography:
Full recording of our speaker’s speaking session on Day 1 (10:25–11:05 AM), in horizontal format.
Short video clips of our booth, team, VIP meetings, and interactions.
two one for each day professionally edited event highlight reel (60–90 seconds), in vertical format for social media.
Deliverables:
High-resolution, photographs.
Full recording of our speaker’s speaking session.
2 edited highlight reel.
