Create a premium hardback coffee-table book documenting the history and restoration of a private property in Guildford, Surrey. The finished book will be a visually led family keepsake, combining historic photographs, newspaper clippings, architectural plans, documents, restoration imagery and personal stories.
The scope is still being defined. Support may include visiting the property, reviewing and organising source materials, scanning and digitising assets, developing a clear chronology and chapter structure, and helping shape captions and supporting written content.
Design an elegant, timeless layout for a medium-to-large format book, including cover design and print-ready artwork. Advise on specialist printers, paper and binding options, and ideally coordinate production through delivery of the finished hardback book.
Freelancers should have relevant experience with heritage, photographic or coffee-table books, be able to travel to Guildford, and share examples of comparable print projects.
