Reference points include the COACH Tabby Shoulder Bag 20 and Lady Dior; detailed brand direction and visual references will be shared during discussions.

Scope should include concept development, recommended materials and hardware, and a detailed technical pack suitable for sampling and production. Please propose an introductory package outlining the number of initial concepts, revision rounds, deliverables, fees, and realistic timeline.

Please also state your terms for exclusive ownership and transfer of rights to the approved final design.
