Marketing Consultant is needed in United States.

Represent a California-based consumer pet-product company in a proposed $1M Regulation D Rule 506© capital raise using convertible notes. Work remotely in the U.S. to introduce the approved offering to qualified accredited investors, family offices, investment firms, and high-net-worth individuals.

Manage investor outreach, presentations, follow-up, and support through closing. The company has a non-confidential pitch deck, Convertible Note Purchase Agreement, Convertible Promissory Note, and additional transaction materials available for review.

Applicants must hold the active registrations required for solicitation and sales activity (such as Series 7 or 82) and be affiliated with an appropriately registered, supervising broker-dealer. All outreach, investor verification, offering materials, compensation, and closings must comply with applicable securities laws and receive broker-dealer and legal approval.

This is a project-based engagement expected to run 3–6 months, with potential for an expanded raise or follow-on work if mutually agreed.
