Growth Marketer is needed in Morocco.

Develop Gedama’s pre-launch and go-to-market strategy for an on-demand home-cleaning marketplace launching in Tangier, Casablanca, Rabat, and Marrakech. Define premium, modern, and trusted brand positioning, target audiences, city-level acquisition priorities, measurable growth targets, and launch KPIs.

Create an integrated social and content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including a professional content calendar, short-form video/reel concepts, brand storytelling, promotional campaigns, and community-building activity to establish awareness before launch.

Build coordinated supply and demand growth plans: recruitment messaging and onboarding campaigns for cleaning professionals, plus targeted customer-acquisition and paid-advertising campaigns designed to generate trust and early bookings. Balance cleaner availability with customer demand, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns through launch and ongoing growth.
