Create customer-acquisition and brand-awareness strategies that position the platform as trusted and premium. Build practical social media, content, paid-media, influencer, and community plans for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including launch campaigns and promotional concepts.

Develop a supply-side strategy to recruit, onboard, and activate cleaning professionals, alongside local partnership and grassroots marketing opportunities. Deliver a prioritized growth roadmap covering pre-launch through the initial launch period, with recommendations tailored to the Moroccan market and marketplace dynamics.

The project requires strategic ownership as well as hands-on execution planning, ideally informed by experience launching apps, startups, or service marketplaces in emerging markets.
