Partner directly with founders and business owners across healthcare, SaaS, AI, marketplace, and mobile products—owning each engagement from early technical strategy through launch and ongoing iteration. Lead end-to-end architecture and stack decisions across Flutter/mobile, Next.js web platforms, and Firebase/Node.js backends. Design and ship full-stack systems including customer portals, internal dashboards, admin panels, booking systems, and business automation tools. Integrate AI capabilities using OpenAI and Claude APIs with prompt engineering and workflow agents to automate manual processes. Recommend and implement DevOps practices such as CI/CD, containerization, and cloud/VPS hosting to keep infrastructure stable and maintainable after handoff. Collaborate with non-technical founders on feature prioritization and MVP scope, functioning as the technical half of the founding team.
