Key accomplishments include guiding the ZOLA migration from MongoDB to PostgreSQL during the Strapi v3→v4 re-platform with <5 minutes of downtime, zero data loss, and a verified rollback plan. Delivered an idempotent ETL with batching, retries, and checksums; designed schema mappings and executed a read-only window plus atomic cutover. Drove ZOLA DevEx/CI by containerizing services and adding GitHub Actions (lint/TS, tests, build, image push) and enforcing CSP/Helmet. Optimized EZTRACKER (Next.js + Google Maps) with route-level code-splitting, image CDN, and 8–12k markers at ~60fps, plus debounced search and server-side filters. Strengthened security with RBAC, secure cookies, strict CSP, and OKTA OIDC; improved release safety with feature flags and 42+ integration tests.
