I began my career in 2008 as a Creative Designer at an IT agency in Jakarta, working on early mobile banking apps, long before “UX” became a buzzword. That first taste of designing for real people shaped how I approach product design: with empathy, systems thinking, and a bias for clarity. Since then, I’ve designed for healthcare, fintech, and public services. Working with startups, agencies, and national enterprises like Bio Farma, Bank Banten, and the Ministry of Defence. Most recently, I led the UX revamp of Mediverse, a healthcare super app that includes teleconsultation, e-pharmacy, EHR, and hospital appointment systems, impacting thousands of users across Indonesia. I’ve managed design teams, built design ops from scratch, and worked across functions as a Product Manager and Business Analyst. I believe great design solves both user pain points and business goals to make design more actionable. I’m comfortable leading teams or working hands-on, remotely or onsite.
