I, Rebecca Micallef, am a musician, composer, and music student currently studying Music Composition for Film, TV and Games at Berklee Online. I am an experienced multi-instrumentalist, performing regularly at festivals and live events, and have showcased my original compositions in both solo and ensemble settings. In my work, I aim to blend different musical styles to create a unique yet subtly familiar sound, while maintaining a cinematic, orchestral, and contemporary feel. My versatility across genres allows me to compose for a range of settings, from concert performances to media projects such as film, games, and podcasts. I work with industry-standard tools including Pro Tools, as well as orchestral libraries such as Spitfire Audio and Kontakt. I have also developed my craft through international programs and film festivals, gaining valuable insight into the relationship between music and visual storytelling.
