Projektor - video publishing for indie filmmakers

Built and scaled a modern video streaming platform designed to deliver high-quality, reliable experiences for users while optimizing infrastructure costs. I led backend and system architecture, integrating secure payment flows, video encoding, and storage pipelines into a seamless service. The project included migrating two legacy platforms into a unified solution, reducing infrastructure spend by 75% while increasing performance and stability. Leveraging cloud infrastructure and modern frameworks, Projektor grew into a flexible, scalable platform capable of supporting ongoing feature development and future expansion. #nodejs #postgres #nextjs #nestjs #amazon #aws
