    This animation consists of a more limited style of animation. I utilized simplistic characters that would complement the animation and focus less on complex movement and more on telling a cohesive story. Eight of the twelve hours dedicated to this animation were spent on asset creation including the train and the backgrounds.
    The assets were drawn in Procreate and Photoshop. everything from the characters to the additional assets and backgrounds were animated in After Effects

    paper Kaiju Hyper Battle

    This is an independently made project I call Kaiju Hyper Battle. This fight scene animation depicts two originally made characters who are Kaiju, or strange beasts duking it out in an all-out brawl. I wanted to create a fight scene that was fast-paced and action-oriented. I put my focus on movement and rapidly changing camera angles to push the designs for these characters as much as possible. Specifically I wanted to emphasize particular principles of animation and designed these characters accordingly. Those principles being squash and stretch, exaggeration, solid drawing, and pose to pose animation. This was my first ever fight scene and I wanted to go all out in the execution of the animation, and due to my enjoyment of the process it surely wont be my last.
