Hi My name is Rolando and I have been developing software for 6 years now, I initially started as a Process Analyst with a company called INQU LLC which supports the development of an application called COOL or Center OPS Online which provides solution for the United States Airforce on their flight test scheduling as well as aircrew testing. I negotiated my role to work more on code for about 70% of the time. Since I worked with a lot of flight test engineers and pilots from Lockheed Martin, I was referred to a Software Engineering role with Lockheed Martin. I still don't know who referred me to this day. In my first 10 months of being with Lockheed Martin I worked on hardware and software interfaces. Although I learned a lot from the project, I can see that the program is progressing slow due to multiple factors. One is logistics issue and this was during covid. So I looked for opportunities within the company that is solving this issue or minimize the problem. So I found the asset management team which is part of the Smart Manufacturing Org. I have developed multiple apps wtihin the asset management team such as ALI or Asset Location and Intelligence which is basically a search engine for all information about an asset such as a digital map where the asset is located and also utilization or asset if its a machine then we can display that as well and displaying it in one dashboard. Another service that Its basically a proxy between SAP which is truth source data and and Thinaer Sonar which is a third party service that we use to have a digital map of our factories and pin point the location of an asset using a BLE beacon. I have multiple side projects within the team and I think it will take a long time to get through them one by one
