    In this project for Bosch, I served as the UX Designer responsible for redefining the digital experience of the SmartGrow Life product pages. My role centered on transforming an overloaded information structure into a clear, intuitive, and engaging user journey. I led a comprehensive UX audit, analyzing user behavior through Adobe Analytics and Mouseflow heatmaps to identify friction points and uncover opportunities for improvement.

    Working closely with the team, I applied design sprint methodologies to rapidly ideate, prototype, and validate new concepts. My focus was on crafting a user experience that balanced playfulness with cleanliness, while maintaining alignment with existing design system standards. I streamlined content to create easily scannable narratives, ensured consistency across layouts, and introduced delightful interactions to enhance overall usability.

    Throughout the process, I guided both new and returning users toward purposeful actions, helping newcomers understand the product offering and encouraging existing customers to engage more deeply. By developing an animated prototype and conducting iterative user testing, I ensured that the final design solutions were not only visually refined but also grounded in real user feedback, ultimately elevating the SmartGrow customer experience.
