When I took on the Energyhr website build, my mission was clear: turn their newly designed brand identity (not by me) into a polished, intuitive, and conversion-focused web presence. Working with a team of freelance professionals was a great learning experience, pushing me to blend craftsmanship with strategy.
Challenge
Energyhr helps organizations in the energy transition become more agile by combining HR strategy and operations. The site needed to clearly explain what they do—their services, vision, and approach—without overwhelming the visitor. At the same time, it was critical to build in strong calls to action, so that website traffic converts (e.g. contact, case studies, appointments) smoothly.
Solution
I developed the new Energyhr site in Webflow, carefully implementing their brand identity across structure, design, and interaction. Every page was laid out for clarity: the services (“Ontdekken,” “Ontwikkelen,” “Realiseren”) get prominent placement; the language and visuals help visitors quickly grasp how Energyhr works and what value they offer. Key CTAs like “Maak nu een afspraak” (“Make an appointment”) or “Neem contact op” are placed strategically throughout to guide action.
Approach
• Translated brand design files into a dynamic, responsive Webflow site.
• Designed and developed conversion-focused call-to-action sections: clear buttons, clean layouts, intuitive navigation.
• Collaborated closely with the brand/design team, reviewed early drafts, iterated based on feedback to maintain consistency with the visual identity.
• Tested usability on desktop and mobile to ensure clarity at all sizes; tuned content hierarchy so the most important info stands out first.
The result: a website that not only looks on-brand and professional, but also functions as a powerful tool for Energyhr to inform, engage, and convert. It makes clear what Energyhr does, why they matter, and how users can take the next step.
