She graduated summa cum laude from Moore College of Art and Design with a BFA in Animation and Game Arts and a Minor in Sequential Art in the Spring of 2025. During her time at school, she developed essential skills in design, illustration, and animation. In Spring 2025, Ryleigh participated in “Turning Ideas into Stories”, a WIA mentorship circle taught by Damien O'Connor. The circle delved into molding initial ideas into compelling stories and pitch writing for animated shorts, series, and features. On Ryleigh's most recent project, "Project Selkie", she worked with a large team of artists to bring her vision to life: a short film proof of concept alongside an accompanying self-published art book. Ryleigh's credits for the film include: character design, storyboards, writing, directing, producing, animation, illustration, and post-production.
