Designed and implemented the product’s first end-to-end testing framework with Playwright, Docker, and GitHub Actions, enabling automated regression coverage as the dashboard scaled globally. Delivered features for rollout to 194 countries, including locale and communication-preference settings and Twilio SMS/WhatsApp onboarding. Improved the dashboard UI and accessibility by addressing visual inconsistencies and state management with React, TypeScript, Zustand, StyleX, Vite and Storybook.
