Industry Experience

Real Estate & Construction, Government, Education, Media & Entertainment, Professional Services, Travel & Hospitality
    paper Confidential Financial Services Headquarters

This 200,000-square-foot headquarters in Plano, Texas was designed as a full-service tenant fit-out for a confidential financial services client, creating a dynamic workplace for more than 500 employees on a single expansive floorplate. The design prioritized intuitive wayfinding, employee wellness, and flexible collaboration through extensive conferencing spaces, informal meeting areas, and four distinct collaboration “parks” that activate the main office thoroughfares. Abundant natural light, biophilic elements, layered textures, and hospitality-driven amenities foster a warm and engaging environment that supports both focused work and hybrid collaboration. Specialty lighting, brand storytelling, and regional influences were thoughtfully integrated throughout the space to reflect the client’s values while creating a strong sense of place for their North Texas team.

    paper DELL Round Rock Studio

Dell’s Studio project at their headquarters in Round Rock, Texas, was focused on the design of a high-performance recording studio environment supported by adjacent amenity spaces. The goal was to create a functional yet elevated studio experience that balanced technical performance with a refined user experience. The design integrated acoustically driven planning, thoughtful material selection, and complementary support spaces to enhance both production capabilities and day-to-day usability, resulting in a dynamic environment tailored to Dell’s creative and collaborative needs.

    paper 600 Travis Tower Respositioning

The iconic 75-story JPMorgan Chase Tower was reimagined through the transformation of its 1.5-acre plaza, lobby, and two-story conference center to create a more connected and activated workplace experience for tenants and the surrounding downtown Houston community. The design turned the previously underutilized plaza into a dynamic urban garden with interconnected outdoor rooms, shaded seating areas, elevated decking, and lush landscaping—establishing the space as a true public destination and outdoor extension of the tower. A new glass pyramid entry, inspired by Louvre Museum and honoring original architect I. M. Pei, anchors the experience by seamlessly linking the exterior plaza to the renovated lobby, enhancing both the arrival sequence and the tower’s presence within Houston’s evolving urban fabric.

    paper Citibank Irving

This several-hundred-thousand-square-foot workplace project for Citibank in Las Colinas, Texas focused on revitalizing existing office floors to create a refreshed, modern employee experience. The design transformed outdated workplace environments into dynamic, high-performing spaces that support collaboration, flexibility, and employee wellness. Through strategic interior renovations, upgraded amenities, and thoughtful planning, the project brought new energy to the campus while aligning the workplace with Citibank’s evolving culture and operational needs.

    paper Energy Tower Campus

This project reimagined a three-tower office campus in Houston’s Energy Corridor through a comprehensive repositioning effort spanning landscape, architecture, and interior design. The goal was to re-amenitize the campus and breathe new life into the property by creating a more dynamic, hospitality-driven workplace experience. Through enhanced outdoor environments, refreshed building interiors, and architectural upgrades, the design transformed the campus into a modern destination that promotes wellness, collaboration, and tenant engagement while elevating the overall identity and value of the development.

    paper Trammell Crow Tower Repositioning

Trammell Crow Center was a transformative tower repositioning project focused on reimagining the interiors, façade, and landscape to create a more welcoming, pedestrian-oriented destination within downtown Dallas. The design centered on re-amenitizing the building through an activated lobby experience, enhanced tenant amenities, and the addition of 20,000 square feet of upscale retail and dining. A new expansive glass façade introduced daylight deep into the lobby while strengthening the connection to the surrounding streetscape, helping reposition this iconic 50-story tower as a vibrant mixed-use destination and a cornerstone of the neighboring Arts District.
