Dell’s Studio project at their headquarters in Round Rock, Texas, was focused on the design of a high-performance recording studio environment supported by adjacent amenity spaces. The design integrated acoustically driven planning, thoughtful material selection, and complementary support spaces to enhance both production capabilities and day-to-day usability, resulting in a dynamic environment tailored to Dell’s creative and collaborative needs.

The iconic 75-story JPMorgan Chase Tower was reimagined through the transformation of its 1.5-acre plaza, lobby, and two-story conference center to create a more connected and activated workplace experience for tenants and the surrounding downtown Houston community. The design turned the previously underutilized plaza into a dynamic urban garden with interconnected outdoor rooms, shaded seating areas, elevated decking, and lush landscaping—establishing the space as a true public destination and outdoor extension of the tower. A new glass pyramid entry, inspired by Louvre Museum and honoring original architect I. M. Pei, anchors the experience by seamlessly linking the exterior plaza to the renovated lobby, enhancing both the arrival sequence and the tower’s presence within Houston’s evolving urban fabric.
