I am a trainer and mentor in digital professions, specializing in mediamatics, digital business, and IT. At 3sheds, I lead the JuniorTeam, guiding nearly 40 apprentices through hands-on projects that connect classroom learning with real-world practice. My mission is not only to train but also to inspire, integrate, and empower young talents to grow into confident professionals. In addition, I work with Ici Médiamatique and 3sheds to promote digital careers to younger generations. Whether at events like Orient’action or through workshops and creative projects, I strive to make these professions accessible, engaging, and meaningful. My work is fueled by a dual expertise: • Education and pedagogy, where I design innovative formats such as escape games, communication campaigns, and creative challenges. • Operational experience, gained through managing digital projects, communication strategies, and client collaborations, including with Digital Facile. Outside of my professional role, I am passionate about CrossFit (at Mayama CrossFit) and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, disciplines that teach me resilience, focus, and the value of continuous growth. These principles shape how I approach both training and leadership. I also serve as a Swiss militia grenadier, part of the country’s special forces. This responsibility has strengthened my ability to stay composed under pressure, foster team cohesion, and lead with determination.
