Partner with Subject Matter Experts to identify goals, audience, and objectives; promote collaboration among participants and stakeholders in a design project; scale and frame content to be relevant and appealing to a variety of audiences using ADDIE and SAM models; create learning content and programs (instructor-led, virtual, and blended) with up-to-date methodologies to meet tight deadlines; align learning objectives to business outcomes and individual effectiveness; develop exercises, activities, assessments, surveys, and other instruments to measure learner performance; implement templates and processes to minimize development time and enable broader team participation; maintain and update programs to ensure content remains current.
