Challenge

Low user trust: transactions with ambiguous states and money that felt half lost.

What I did

Centralized the cards in the wallet with one spendable balance, one status language for cards and transactions, and top-up in three taps.

Result

Fewer support tickets, faster top-up and clear transaction status.
