Led migration from Xamarin to native platforms with a shared web interface, introduced front-end patterns for A/B testing, and reworked notification opt-ins to boost engagement and reduce SMS costs. Coordinated migrations across teams, streamlined CI/CD pipelines, and improved QA efficiency.

Spearheaded development of a modern trading platform, integrating new React front-ends with a .NET/Backbone.js backend using module federation. Built a reusable internal charting library, developed a server-side rendered reporting system for heavy data, and optimized asset delivery on a load-balanced infrastructure. Improved CI/CD tooling and internal utilities, and delivered debugging tools to expedite bug resolution while incorporating stakeholder feedback for feature direction.
