This project involved the development of SICI Web (Sistema Integrado de Controle Interno), a digital platform created to modernize and streamline internal control processes for public administration. Developed by the Controladoria of Município de São Mateus (Espírito Santo, Brazil), the system aims to replace traditional paper-based workflows with a fully digital, efficient, and responsive solution.

The platform centralizes document management, process workflows, and control procedures into a structured online environment, improving productivity across all trâmites (internal procedures). By enabling zero-paper processing and secure digital authentication, SICI Web accelerates administrative tasks that would traditionally take hours or days.
