I am a Brooklyn-based composer and librettist who creates operas, chamber works, and music-theatre pieces. My work spans writing and composing for soloists, ensembles, and large companies, plus teaching and developing new programs with universities and arts organizations.
I thrive on collaborations with performers and partners to bring new voices to the stage, and I balance artistic creation with education, licensing, and program development. I’m passionate about mentoring emerging artists and expanding opportunities for women and diverse creators in contemporary opera and musical theatre.
