I hosted and produced “The Parting Schotts Podcast” for The Daily Gazette from 2019-26. I produced 516 episodes. The podcast featured guests both locally and nationally. Some of my national guests included baseball hall of famer and broadcaster John Smoltz, ESPN Radio host Freddie Coleman, 38 Special lead singer Don Barnes and Grand Funk Railroad singer and drummer Don Brewer. I also hosted a weekly podcast with Union College men’s hockey coach Josh Hauge for three years. That podcast was very popular, generating hits on various podcast platforms and generating questions from listeners for Hauge. On April 24, the New York Press Association named “The Parting Schotts Podcast” The Best Podcast in New York state in Division 4 (circulation 6,000 and up) for 2025. I have produced my podcast on Audacity. I have added an opening and closing for the podcasts, inserted commercials between segments and have added music leading in and out of the segments. I am a hard worker and enjoy editing and producing podcasts. I look forward to working for Twine. Sincerely, Kenneth V. Schott
