I’m a UX Designer and Researcher based in the UK, with over 8 years of experience designing digital products across healthcare, fintech, sports technology, and financial services.
What sets me apart is the combination of strong research foundations and hands-on design delivery. I’m comfortable leading end-to-end UX processes, from discovery and customer interviews through to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I’ve worked in early-stage startups where I’ve built research frameworks from scratch, and in larger organisations where I’ve shaped products used by millions. I’m particularly experienced in complex, regulated industries where getting the detail right really matters.

As a leading consultant on a 12-month retainer, I worked across HSBC teams in the UK, Singapore, India, Hong Kong and the Philippines. Projects ranged from exploratory research into investing perceptions, to usability testing of security features, credit card journeys and challenger bank features. I managed local UX experts for translation and recruitment in Asian markets and presented findings to heads of design and product teams.
Sky wanted to make their Sky Q remote more usable for people with disabilities. I conducted in-home interviews and usability testing across the UK and in a London lab, testing a range of modified skins and accessories. Testing identified which prototypes best addressed grip, stability and dexterity needs across different disability types, and surfaced insights around how Sky should communicate their accessibility offering. Findings were presented to key stakeholders to progress Sky’s accessibility product strategy.
GPs and patient coordinators faced a convoluted, GDPR-constrained process when contacting patients urgently outside of appointments. As sole designer, I mapped current workflows with clinical, safeguarding, and product leads to identify pain points, then designed a Clinical Note feature allowing Lead GPs to call or SMS patients directly from their profile — with access to prescriptions, referrals, sick notes, and diagnostics. I ran two rounds of usability and clinical safety testing, iterating from low-fidelity through to final high-fidelity UI.
For the Qatar 2022 Football World Cup, I designed a virtual recreation tool for Hawk-Eye replay operators, enabling them to generate VR moments from live player tracking data in under a minute during gameplay. I led discovery, operator research, requirements writing, wireframing, UI design, and Axure prototyping, running remote usability testing with operators ahead of the tournament. The system was stress-tested at the Women’s Euros before launching at the World Cup, where virtual recreations of goals were shown to 3.4 million spectators to widespread positive reception.
