About
Hi, I’m Sofia Mellander, a versatile video editor and sound designer based in Glasgow. I founded Bedroom Sound, where I create eccentric, high-quality soundscapes and original music for artists and brands across the UK, blending humor and experimentation with polished production. I love collaborating with creatives to craft vivid audio-visual stories that resonate with audiences.
I’ve built a career across film, cinema marketing, events, and digital media. From leading marketing at The Prince Charles Cinema to coordinating events and producing promotional video content for clients like Investec, Rio Tinto, and Tate, I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning ideas into engaging content that informs, entertain, and inspire.
