System evaluation/analysis and operation monitoring Database administration/server administration Configuration of unmanageable and manageable switch/ router (Unifi) Configuration of IP PBX system (Grand stream) Voice over internet protocol and session initiation Protocol Computer hardware and software maintenance Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs. .
