    uniE621 Fabbrura Web Design
The project included website design (presentational pages, e-commerce, forms, etc.) for a startup artisan pasta brand.
    uniE621 Xybix tablet app design
Xybix is an ergonomic furniture maker. My task was to create a tablet app to be used with their smart desks. The main challenge was to design something that is easily controlled (single-tap), works in fast-paced environments, and doesn't stand in the way of the user's daily tasks - the app had to be invisible. In the end, I designed Android, iOS, and Windows versions.
uniE621 HadsUp Native & Mobile apps design
Firstly, the idea was relatively novel so we had to ensure that it’s explained clearly on the website. Also, the challenge was to design a simple and easy-to-use platform for finding ad spots and creating campaigns. The first thing I did was conducting internal stakeholder interviews to gain a better understanding of the idea and business model. After that, I proceeded, along with the founder, to interview advertising agency account managers and representatives from smaller brands to understand their pain points and problems with existing solutions. In the end, I designed a marketing website with a simple structure and built a signup flow that takes users to the web app. For the campaigns, I developed a simple 3-step process for creating a campaign – Finding ad spots, adding visuals, and reviewing before publishing. When finding ad spots, users can filter down by using a mix of general and audience filters as well as dates and locations. After finishing the web app, I translated the whole experience for iOS and Android.
    uniE621 Gradient iOS app
Gradient already had a working prototype which showed that the idea could work. The challenge was to design, test, and develop new features that will make the app feel whole. We kicked off the process by evaluating existing logs of user interviews and drawing conclusions from them. Later, we started brainstorming features we can add to cover those pain points. As a result, we improved and simplified the way users create a goal and changed the way the goal works in general – today, the app creates automated steps (path to achievement) for each goal and offers flexibility to adjust the pace, manually or automatically based on user’s activity. Logging data and monitoring progress is also improved and simplified. Finally, we created Streaks and Shared goals where users can invite friends to achieve the goal together and updated visual style across the app.
