One of the most interesting projects I’ve worked on was during my time at Arrow North Design, where I built a web analytics platform for an advertising client from the ground up. The goal was to help users visualize campaign performance metrics—like impressions, clicks, and conversions—through real-time dashboards. I led the full-stack development using Next.js, TypeScript, Firebase, and Supabase. One of my key contributions was making a fast architectural decision to use Firebase Authentication, which helped us deliver the MVP on a tight timeline while ensuring scalability. What made the project especially engaging was the level of ownership and ambiguity—it felt like solving real business problems with minimal hand-holding. I had to think beyond code: balancing speed with maintainability, collaborating with designers, and even making data structure decisions.
