I believe design should make things clearer, more human, and easier to use. That’s why I’m drawn to creating intuitive experiences that solve real problems, through visuals, content, and thoughtful processes.
I start by understanding people, what they need, how they feel, and where things fall short. Then I use design thinking to make the complex simple, and the experience better. My path through customer support, marketing, and design taught me one thing: good design solves real problems, and it feels right when it does.
Today, I lead marketing at an aviation training company and also work as a graphic designer, while continuing to grow my skills in UX design.
What drives me is creating experiences that feel natural, human, and emotionally meaningful, because good design starts with understanding people.
