My name is Spencer Cline and I am a seasoned multimedia producer and journalist out of the Los Angeles area. I started my journey in podcasting in 2015 as a political commentator during the beginning of the 2016 presidential election cycle. I would then transfer to college radio, where I worked as a music journalist for four years. After graduating college, I decided to learn more about the back-of-house production techniques. I attended graduate school at USC studying public diplomacy, which looks at how communication strategies such as radio, TV, and digital media can influence audiences. I learned how to produce in multiple mediums and have won awards with national recognition for my work. I currently work for Al Jazeera English's flagship video podcast, "The Take", in which I set up all Audi and video equipment from the ground up, managed remote recordings, and participated in the editorial process.
