I am Stuart Neiman, and I am an artist. Since the age of four, I’ve been captivated by the power of drawing to tell a story. My artistic journey began with simple sketches, and over time, it evolved into a lifelong pursuit of creating visual narratives that capture movement, emotion, and character.
For me, great art goes beyond technical skills. It’s about crafting a unified design. It draws viewers in and delivers an emotional impact. Every element serves a purpose. Whether it’s a dynamic pose or a subtle expression, at its core, art is storytelling, and my goal has always been to create pieces that resonate deeply with the audience. You want to tell a good story.

I’m Stuart Neiman, a UX/UI designer and developer with over 20 years of experience in visual and web design. With a strong focus on user-centered design, I have developed a diverse skill set spanning both creative and technical domains.
My work has consistently emphasized accessibility, optimization, and high-quality design solutions, whether in 2D animation, 3D modeling, CMS/LMS development, or the creation of WCAG-compliant content.
If I had to describe my career in one word, it would have to be “Versatile.” My jobs have always blended both creative and technical elements. On the creative side, I’ve mastered the art of visual storytelling through color theory, layout, and typography, alongside my experience in 2D animation, 3D modeling, illustration, and motion design. I’ve designed intuitive, visually engaging interfaces that cater to the needs of both users and stakeholders across various industries.
On the technical side, I’m all about performance optimization and accessibility. I’ve spent years exploring CMS and LMS platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager, FinalSite, Moodle, and WordPress, to ensure that content looks great and runs efficiently.
For example, at Jeffco Public Schools, I reduced asset file sizes by 75%, significantly improving website load times without compromising quality. Similarly, at Cision, I reduced asset sizes by 70%, ensuring the platforms ran smoothly for a seamless user experience.
My commitment to improving performance continues beyond that. I’ve utilized tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager to monitor user behavior and refine content delivery. Whether compressing HTTP requests or reducing file download times by over 20%, I consistently focus on delivering high-performance, responsive designs that meet accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.1 AA.UI/UX Example
At Cision, I focused on creating low and high-fidelity wireframes using Figma. Still, I also brought some Bootstrap magic into the mix to build interactive prototypes. I’m motivated by accessibility, and while there, I introduced WCAG 2.1 guidelines into visual and semantic design. I also reduced asset file sizes by 70%, and yes, I made animation and motion an integral part of the UX process!
