I’m a senior B2B marketer with 18 years of experience working across the UK, Europe, and the US — partnering with everything from fast-moving startups to major global brands. Marketing has always been my passion, and I’ve built a career around helping businesses grow through strategic, human-first marketing that actually resonates with real people.
What I bring is a blend of strategic thinking, consultative problem-solving, and hands-on execution. I’ve led multi-layered, omnichannel marketing programmes — from ABM, demand generation and lead gen, to content creation, digital activation, and AI‑enabled workflows. I’ve had the privilege of working with brands such as Microsoft, Fujitsu, Sitecore, Avanade, GBG Loqate, Softcat, MG, AIG, and a wide range of ambitious SMEs and scale-ups. Whether I’m building full-funnel strategies, launching ABM motions, or partnering closely with Sales, Product, and C‑suite stakeholders, I always come back to one philosophy: human-first marketing works best.
That philosophy shaped my book, Being Human: Marketing & Social Selling in a Digital World, and it continues to guide how I approach every campaign, every piece of content, and every GTM plan. Great marketing isn’t just data and channels — it’s understanding people, their motivations, their challenges, and the context around their decisions.

I can write high-quality content for any stage of the buyer journey, build nurture sequences that convert, oversee omnichannel campaign orchestration, optimise using data, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure everything ladders up to commercial outcomes.
I’m based in Nuneaton, very comfortable commuting, and have previously worked in Central London, Marlow, and across multiple US locations — so flexibility is part of my working DNA.
