    It monitors the user’s posture, provides real-time biofeedback on breathing, and alerts users to take breaks, which are important for overall health and mental well-being.

    Within the app, users have the ability to monitor and adjust their posture. Additionally, users can improve their posture by conditioning their body through visual, audio and tapping vibrations.

    User can learn proper breathing techniques through real-time biofeedback and visualisation of their breath patterns.

    The app utilises Apple Watch and AirPods to track and visualise user movements and live data such as steps taken, heart rate, and blood pressure.

    Minder is designed to help you develop better habits and stay mindful of your health throughout the day.

    minder makes change possible by helping you create a plan with small, achievable steps. minder works to make healthy habits fun and produces outcomes clinically proven to reduce stress and IBS, increase strength, improve blood pressure and reduce chronic back pain.

    minder incorporates breathing options such as “Box Breathing” and “Diaphragmatic Breathing” along with a variety of soothing, relaxing nature and ambient sounds. With the minder app, you’ll be able to track your progress, set goals, and receive personalised coaching to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

    There is a list of recommended locations to wear the Apple Watch, such as the chest or back of the neck. When using AirPods Pro or simply wearing your Apple Watch, the app will notify you if your posture is incorrect through visual, auditory, or haptic (vibration) alerts.

    Minder will display your breathing patterns and guide you through proper diaphragmatic breathing. It is the only app that visually shows your breath rather than solely instructing you to breathe.

    Me/moment or what we call it as “Me/mo” is a fun purposeful break that provides an opportunity for you to take a break and focus on yourself.
