Surabhi Deherkar

I’m Surabhi Deherkar, an instructional designer with over three years of experience creating engaging eLearning, VILTs, and ILTs for global corporate clients. I focus on clear learning experiences by combining storyboarding, job aids, and multimedia assets, and I draw on my background as an English language and literature teacher to craft accessible, well-written content. I’m proficient with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Vyond, and the MS Office suite, and I apply adult learning principles and models such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy to drive meaningful outcomes.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Certificate in Adult Education in Canada to deepen my practice. I enjoy collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams, coordinating projects, and delivering training solutions that meet client needs.
