Suryan Mon

Hello! I’m Suryan Mon, a Senior 3D Animator and Generalist with a strong focus on gameplay animation, rigging, and Unreal Engine systems. I’ve spent years at Gameloft Toronto working on Disney Magic Kingdoms, building animation pipelines, control rigs, and character systems in UE5, while also handling rigging, skinning, and real-time animation tasks. My indie journey includes solo development of Gorilla vs 100 and The Sling and The Stone, where I wore multiple hats from character animation to UI and marketing visuals.

I’m proficient in Maya, MotionBuilder, 3ds Max, and Unreal Blueprints, with hands-on experience in rigging, skinning, Mo-cap cleanup, and shader/texturing workflows using Substance Painter, After Effects, Houdini, and Embergen. I love crafting end-to-end animation pipelines and bringing characters to life in mobile and PC platforms alike. I’m fluent in English and conversational in French, and I’m excited to keep pushing the boundaries of interactive animation in gaming and immersive media.
