My name is Steven, I have a intense drive to work on audio projects and like to keep myself busy. I am a college graduate (majored in Information Technology and minored in Arts and Business) and am very creative. My favorite art form is music, both listening to and crafting it. I am rooted in Blues and the psychedelic sounds of the 60's and 70s. I've been growing in the area's of Jazz and some old Hip Hop. Some main influences of mine have been Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Amy Winehouse, Eminem and many many more. I've worked my way up from the bottom with bad instruments and software. Audacity, Wavepad, Mixcraft, Logic Pro X and now Pro Tools HD and Ableton. I have built multiple recording studios and work with many different mediums. I often use Logic and Pro Tools together. I've mixed hundreds of songs and written many many more. In the summer of 2016 I worked in Electric Lady Sound Studios in New York for 3 months which in a nutshell taught me many tricks, a sense of urgency, and improved discipline. I enjoyed recording my own albums, but wish to collaborate and help out other people who may not have the luxury of living in a recording studio 24/7. Also those who may not know where to begin or don't have the necessary software. I have my own developed sound if you wish to check some of that feel free, lately I have been working on a combination project where I apply that sound to more of a hip hop sound. I am incredibly open minded and can contribute to a mix if needed or requested (Guitar, MIDI, Keyboard, Vocals, Drums (real and midi), and bass guitar). I've recently been using a combination of the interfaces ProFire 2626 and FireWire 410. I am fair, respectful, and willing to as hard as I need to make something sound right.
