Allocated to GOL/Smiles, one of the largest airline loyalty programs in Brazil, working on micro-frontend architecture across multiple projects. Part of an agile squad focused on solving complex issues and delivering new features for the Smiles loyalty program website. Developed and maintained front-end solutions using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with a focus on scalability and performance. Contributed to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality processes using Jenkins, Sonar, and Git. Collaborated with designers and product stakeholders using Figma and Jira to ensure alignment between UX, business goals, and technical implementation.

Acted as the main internal IT and software development professional, ensuring the stability and evolution of the company’s technology operations. Designed, developed, and maintained internal tools and customer-facing systems using React, React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. Worked directly with external vendors and service providers to integrate APIs, propose system improvements, and troubleshoot internal and third-party platforms. Partnered with multiple departments to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and align systems with business and operational goals. Provided continuous support to leadership, delivering fast resolutions and driving continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes.
