    I was responsible for the full development process, including instructional design, content writing, video scripting, multimedia production, and interactive assessments.

    The course includes scenario-based videos inspired by real workplace situations, interactive knowledge checks, and a drag-and-drop activity developed in Storyline to reinforce prioritization skills. The learning experience was designed from the learner’s perspective, focusing on clarity, engagement, and practical workplace application.
