Built and operated a multi-tenant healthcare SaaS platform from 0→1 (MedB), owning backend systems, frontend applications and production infrastructure. Designed role-based dashboards for doctors, patients, clinics and administrators with subscription-aware user flows. Led system architecture, database design, authentication workflows and deployment processes; implemented a hybrid persistence strategy with PostgreSQL for transactional data and MongoDB for audit logging and operational visibility. Delivered secure REST APIs with JWT authentication and RBAC across 4+ user tiers; implemented caching and query optimizations reducing latency under load. Built real-time workflows via WebSockets with in-app, email and WhatsApp notifications; improved onboarding efficiency. Established centralized logging and monitoring to improve debugging and reliability. Maintained production infra on AWS EC2 with Nginx/PM2, achieving >99% uptime.
