After studying music at University of Huddersfield I worked as a freelance musician, working predominantly as a performer, having toured extensively with a post-rock group as their violinist, touring the UK, France, The Netherlands, Austria, Germany and Belgium. As a group we worked on both studio albums and music for film, performing a trio of George Melies films with original scores at several festivals and at BfI events supporting DJ Yoda. I have worked in education for the past 12 years, working as a music and drama teacher. Alongside this I have developed a portfolio of solo compositions which blend synth, electric guitar and violin.
