Hi, I’m Tiara Fernando. I am a graduate of Queen’s University Belfast with a BA in Music and Sound Design, and I am passionate about how music can affect wellbeing and build community. I love creating music for screen and I enjoy shaping sound to support a narrative across podcasts, fictional TV, and documentary-style film. I’m always keen to develop my craft and explore how sound can enhance storytelling.
I thrive in collaborative settings and have gained experience from a range of projects, including Queen’s Radio and Aetherial Material. I have proven I can adapt to different media contexts and balance multiple tasks, from live recording to post-production, teaching, and sound design for social media and stage productions. I’m excited to continue growing my skills in sound and media.
